Monitoring

Everything your business runs on, checked around the clock.

From web pages to cron jobs and servers: one tool, one dashboard, one place to look when something breaks.

HTTP(S)

Status code, response time, redirects and TLS certificate.

Keyword

A word that must, or must not, appear on the page.

JSON API

JSONPath assertions and JSON Schema on the response.

TCP port

A port that answers, with the expected banner.

Ping

Reachability and ICMP latency of a machine.

DNS

The expected records, on the resolver of your choice.

Mail server (SMTP, IMAP, POP3)

Your SMTP, IMAP and POP3 servers, encryption included.

WebSocket

Connection, message sent and expected answer.

Heartbeat

Your scheduled tasks report each run, with duration and exit code.

Server (agent)

CPU, memory, disks and network through a light agent.

Reliability

Alerts you can trust, not noise.

A slow network in one place does not wake anyone up. An outage confirmed from several regions does.

Confirmed from several regions

When a check fails, the other regions check again at once. An outage is only declared when most of them agree.

Paris HTTP 502
Amsterdam No answer
Warsaw 184 ms
2 regions out of 3 failing: incident opened

Unusual before broken

A response time far from its usual level is spotted before it turns into an outage.

Response time × 3.2

One cause, one incident

When a server goes down, the incidents of the services it hosts are grouped under it.

Artificial intelligence

Every incident, explained.

When something breaks, LucidStack gathers the failed checks, the regions, the metrics and the recent changes, and suggests the probable cause. It also drafts the post-mortem and the message for your clients.

  • Probable cause, written in plain words
  • Post-mortem drafted from the incident timeline
  • Public message for your status page, ready to publish
  • Anomalies and monthly reports summarized for your clients

Included in every plan, from 10 generations a month.

Payment API is down since 14:02
  1. 14:01 Response time p95 multiplied by 4
  2. 14:02 HTTP 502 from Paris, Amsterdam and Warsaw
  3. 14:02 Incident opened, on-call notified on Slack

Probable cause

The failures started in all three regions at the same time, right after the response time rose. The certificate is valid and DNS answers: the problem is most likely in the application behind the reverse proxy, which answers 502.

Draft the post-mortem Write the public message

Status pages

Status pages your clients actually read.

On your own domain with automatic HTTPS, subscriptions, feeds and 90 days of history. And if your server goes down, a static copy stays online.

Agencies and freelancers

Show your clients the work nobody sees.

Group the services of each client in a project, send them a PDF report in their colors every month and give them a read-only access.

  • One project per client, with its own monitors and status page
  • Monthly PDF reports, white label from the Agency plan
  • Read-only access for your clients
  • Up to 15 team members, with roles and an audit log

Servers

Your servers, in one command.

The LucidStack agent, a single Go binary without dependencies, reports CPU, load, memory, disks, network and processes. A silent machine raises an alert.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Another question? Write to us, a human answers.

contact@lucidstack.dev
Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The free plan watches up to 10 monitors without any payment method, for as long as you want.

Where do the checks come from?

From Paris, Warsaw and Amsterdam. Their addresses are listed on the LucidStackBot page, to allow them in your firewall.

How do you avoid false alerts?

A failure is checked again from the other regions before an incident is opened, and a service is only back up after several successful checks in a row.

Can I import my existing monitors?

Yes, from UptimeRobot, Uptime Kuma, Better Stack, Cronitor or CSV, in a few clicks.

Is VAT included in the prices?

VAT is not applicable (article 293 B of the French tax code): the price shown is the price you pay.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. The plans are monthly and without commitment.

Start monitoring in two minutes.

Add a URL, choose where to be alerted. LucidStack takes care of the rest, day and night.
