Questions

Alerting FAQ

Are SMS included?

SMS are paid for with prepaid credits, sold in packs on paid plans. All other channels are unlimited.

How do you avoid false alarms?

Every failure is rechecked from the other regions before an incident is opened, and a service is only marked as recovered after several successful checks.

Can I be alerted during the day only?

Yes, with quiet hours: warnings wait until morning, while critical outages keep alerting.

Can I trigger my own automations?

Yes, with signed webhooks or the n8n, Make and Zapier integrations.
