Website monitoring

Much more than a homepage ping

Every HTTP(S) check verifies what really matters to your visitors.

Status codes under control

Define the accepted codes (200-299, 301…): a page returning a 500 error or an unexpected redirect gets flagged.

Custom requests

Method, body, custom headers, basic or token authentication: monitor protected pages and forms too.

Every phase timed

DNS, connect, TLS and time to first byte are measured on every check, so you instantly see where time is lost.

Slow is not up

A response time threshold marks a slow website as "degraded" before it goes down completely.

TLS certificate included

The certificate is checked on every run, with reminders 30, 14, 7 and 1 day before it expires.

Confirmed from multiple regions

A failure is rechecked from the other regions before an incident is opened: no more false alarms caused by a flaky network.

Questions

Website monitoring FAQ

How often is my website checked?

Every 5 minutes on the Free plan, every minute on Solo and every 30 seconds on Agency and Pro. You choose the interval for each monitor.

Where do the checks run from?

From Paris, Amsterdam and Warsaw. You can choose the regions for each monitor; an outage is only declared if a majority of them fail.

Can I monitor a password-protected page?

Yes: basic authentication, bearer token or custom headers. Secrets are stored securely and never appear in the log.

What happens when my website goes down?

An incident is opened, your alert channels are notified, the network path is recorded and AI suggests a probable cause. Once the site is back, the incident closes after several successful checks.
